From September 29 to October 10, the Diplomatic School hosted its second training programme of the year on the topic "South Caucasus: realities, challenges and prospects", this time for diplomats from African countries.

The programme featured lectures by both Armenian and foreign experts, who introduced participants to the developments and challenges in the South Caucasus region.

It also included tours to various cultural landmarks in the capital city Yerevan and beyond. Participants visited the History Museum of Armenia, the Mother See of Holy Echmiatsin, Matenadaran and the Armenian Genocide Memorial and Museum, among other sites.

On the final day of the training, Tatevik Petrossian, Acting Director of the Diplomatic School of Armenia, presented certificates to the participants. They expressed their gratitude for the unique opportunity to not only deepen their professional understanding of the South Caucasus, but also to explore the rich history and cultural heritage of Armenia.
