On February 23rd, the Diplomatic School of Armenia hosted the Secretary General of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Lazar Comanescu. Talking to an audience comprising of the students of the “International Relations and Diplomacy” 2021-22 programme of the Diplomatic School and diplomats from different departments of the MFA of Armenia, General Secretary Comanescu presented the achievements and challenges of the BSEC in the recent years, spoke about the development of relations in the region, the prospects of economic cooperation, as well as the new projects of the organization.
