From 18 to 28 March 2024, the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia conducted a training programme for Civil Servants from Regional and Local Governments. The two-week programme included intensive training on four topics: Communication Skills; Negotiation Skills; Public Diplomacy and Diplomatic Ethics and Protocol. The programme also included the "Public Diplomacy in the Digital Age: Lessons for Armenia" one-day conference, which acquainted the participants with the latest developments and challenges in this field, and allowed them to learn from the experience of other countries.

The programme ended with a ceremony of awarding certificates by Ambassador Vahe Gabrielyan, Director of the Diplomatic School, who expressed the hope that the programme will contribute to the improvement of the participants’ professional activities and facilitate networking among them.
