On February 15^th, the 2018 “Consular training” annual programme of the Diplomatic School of Armenia ended with a visit to Ministry of Justice. The one-month programme was composed of the number of lectures and discussions concerning the international conventions on consular service, notary service, visa issuing, citizenship related issues, the functions of Civil Acts Registration Service and other related topics.

The lectures were delivered by the respective officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defense and Passport and Visa Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

On the final day of the programme the participants, accompanied by the Director of the Diplomatic School of Armenia Vahe Gabrielyan and the Head of the Consular Department of the MFA Vladimir Karmirshalyan, visited the Ministry of Justice, where the Head of the Civil Acts Registration Service Ani Mkhitaryan presented the electronic services (e-civil, e-health, e-apostille) developed by the Ministry of Justice.
