A Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Centre for Education and Training of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia was signed on September 19, in Jakarta, by the Director of the Diplomatic School, Ambassador Gabrielyan and the Head of the Centre for Education and Training, Eko Hartono.

In their remarks following the signing ceremony, Vahe Gabrielyan and Eko Hartono expressed their confidence that the Memorandum will be a good basis on which to build further cooperation in the exchange of professional knowledge and experience and for implementation of programmes in diplomatic education and training of diplomats.

Afterwards, at the Centre for Education and Training, Ambassador delivered a lecture for the mid-career staff of the MFA of Indonesia. The lecture on Armenia’s history, Armenian identity and related issues was followed by a question and answer session.
